Current research activities are being implemented under the programme 'Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development (EESD)' within the 5th EU Framework Programme 1998-2002.
Collate the critical mass of resources and capabilities of industrialized and developing countries in order to provide a logistical basis for managing collaboration among the countries involved and international entities.
