Replaces U-XF8608 - Appeals Board of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
As a genuine administrative tribunal, issue binding judgements on legal grounds in individual disputes arising from decisions by the Secretary-General of OECD which officials, former officials or duly qualified claimants consider as prejudicial to themselves.
Chairman, 2 judges of different nationalities and 3 deputies appointed by the Council and not on the staff of OECD (for 3 years); Registrar; Deputy Registrar.
