The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

Aims

Assist in the development of a non-racial society in Southern Africa based on a democratic way of life; aid, defend and rehabilitate the victims of unjust legislation and oppressive and arbitrary procedures, and support their families and dependents; keep the conscience of the world alive to the issues at stake.

Humanitarian aid to the people of Southern Africa, who suffered from apartheid. Information and research service. Set up: Canon Collins Educational and Legal Assistance Trust (CCELAT) in 1981.
