Replaced Junta of the Cartagena Agreement -- Junte de l'Accord de Carthagène -- Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena (JUNAC) and functions as the highest-level body of the F-XF4919 - Sistema Andino de Integración (SAI). Also referred to as Council of Presidents.
