1991, within the framework of E-XE2442 - European Commission (EC), as a programme of U-XK0518 - Tacis Programme; also referred to as Action for Cooperation in Economics. From 1994 included Tacis partner countries and from 1995, a joint operation with U-XK0152 - Phare Programme - Tacis ACE Programme. Terminated.
Provide opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and experience between academic and professional economists in Phare countries and in the EU; promote extensive cooperation on economic research projects through provision of financial assistance.
