Founded 8 Nov 1979, Tokyo (Japan), as Conference of Pan-Pacific Private Education. Present name adopted at 2nd Annual Congress, 1980, Taipei (Taiwan). Rules adopted 1 Apr 1979; modified: 16 Jan 1981; 14 May 1985; 14 Oct 1991; 19 Sep 1992. As of 2016, assumed ceased to exist.
Promote international understanding and friendship among private schools in the Pan-Pacific area and contribute to the promotion of private school education through mutual understanding and cultural exchange.
