Sensitize and inform national, sub-regional and international opinion and also institutions and individuals who could support the Lake Chad Basin Commission in Operation Save Lake Chad which it initiated; explain the reasons underlying different development, training, education and research projects contained in the master plan; seek funding for projects.Available with paid subscription only.
Seeks funding for realization of 36 development projects initiated by LCBC. Sensitization campaign offers the opportunity to undertake activities in favour of various groups of individuals. Main channels: radio; television; newspapers; personal contact; sensitization seminars; public and parastatal institutions likely to facilitate the conveyance of messages to the population. Target groups: (1) donors, international technical assistance organizations, NGOs, foundations; (2) people living in the Lake Chad Basin.
