Provide collaborative training for member countries to meet the needs of malaria control in Southeast Asia and Mekong valley; improve communication among member countries on malaria problems affecting common borders; facilitate a venue where countries affected by malaria and other mosquito borne diseases can share information; make information accessible to its users and pool resources from member countries to strengthen information exchange.
