Promote understanding between North and South, East and West; aim for realistic federation in Europe in which each country respect the human rights; emphasize collaboration between Europe and Third World countries; recommend an economic and political approach between Third World, Latin America and Europe as a token of stability and development, in mutual respect and recognition of original cultures and resources of these continents; alert Europeans to the danger of Africans, Latin Americans and Asians destroying their stability; recommend collaboration, comprehension and cooperation between Africa and Europe towards independence in freedom; unite Europeans who have been expelled, have emigrated or been repatriated against their will, so as to resolve their moral and material reintegration; learn from the past so as to avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future; bring about a peaceful world and mutual prosperity through allowing each people to arrive at its own autonomy and destiny while coherently grouping responsibilities each is incapable of undertaking alone.
