Operating Divisions (5): 'The Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Institute (CUCI)' is comprised of firms engaged in on-location cleaning of carpet, upholstery and draperies; 'The Mechanical Systems Hygiene Institute (MSHI)' is comprised of firms specialized in professional service, refurbishment, cleaning and inspection of mechanical air distribution systems; 'The National Institute of Disaster Restoration (NIDR)' is comprised of firms engaged in damage restoration caused by fire, smoke, vandalism and other disasters and is the technical authority on the restoration arts; 'The National Institute of Rug Cleaning (NIRC)' is comprised of firms engaged in the professional care and cleaning of modern and antique rugs; 'The Water Loss Institute (WLI)' is comprised of firms engaged in water damage mitigation, sewage decontamination and restoration.
