Promote and strengthen local initiatives aimed at fostering: social justice; international understanding; leadership development; rehabilitation programmes for refugees; institutional capacity building; establishing viable sustainable national movements; personal growth and development of individual members of national movements, especially youth; youth and gender development.

General Meeting (every 3 years). Executive Committee (meets annually), comprising 15 members, including office bearers: Chairman, 2 Vice-Chairmen and Honorary Treasurer. National Movements grouped into 3 zones, each headed by Facilitator: Eastern; Southern; Western. Secretariat, headed by Executive Secretary.
