11 Nov 1989, on signature of an agreement by ministers/heads of cinematographic authorities of participating countries, which will enter into force when 3 countries have deposited their instrument of ratification with the Executive Secretariat (SECI) of H-XF5442 - Conferencia de Autoridades Cinematograficas de Iberoamérica (CACI). Not yet operational.
Introduce a multilateral system to exhibit cinematographic works - audiovisual works produced in signatory countries - in order to expand market possibilities and protect cultural links among the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
