Help Churches in Africa to communicate better and more effectively and thus strengthen links among themselves and with Churches in other regions; improve lateral communication among African nations and peoples; reduce the information dependence of Africa on foreign media agencies and the related imbalance in the flow of news between Africa and the developed world.
