2003, within B-XB3383 - UNESCO, upon the entering into force of the T-XT0382 - Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Promote the objectives of the Convention and encourage and monitor the implementation thereof; provide guidance on best practices and make recommendations on measures for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage; inscribe elements of intangible cultural heritage on the Lists of the Convention.
