30 Jun 1969, Lomé (Togo). Organized through U-XF4252 - Mutual Aid and Loan Guaranty Fund of the Entente Council (EC-Fund) as a specialized body of D-XD0453 - Entente Council. Convention between the Entente Council and G-XG2898 - United States Agency for International Development (USAID) signed 18 May 1970. Developed from Centre de formation pour équipement lourd, set up by the Government of Togo, 28 Jun 1963, which was opened to other Entente Council countries in 1966. Also known as: Centre régional de formation d'entretien des routes.
