Also referred to as African Centre for Research and Training Staff in Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind -- Centre africain de recherche et de formation des cadres pour l'éducation et la réhabilitation des aveugles. No recent activity reported since 1987.

Assist African organizations in their activities directed to the education, training and rehabilitation of the blind and visually handicapped.
