From Jan 1993, united under listed title with H-XC1987 - Conseil du cyclisme professionnel de l'UCI, previously 'International Federation of Professional Cycling -- Fédération internationale du cyclisme professionnel (FICP)', within UCI. Disbanded Oct 1997.
Direct, develop and control all forms of amateur cycling including drawing up regulations; unite national amateur cycling federations and encourage contacts and friendship between them; assist newly formed national federations.
