Improve skills and develop potential ability of disabled people; stimulate desire of disabled persons to participate in economic activities of society; increase public awareness of capabilities of disabled persons; promote international friendship and exchange of knowledge and information; ensure involvement of governments and states in issues concerning disabled citizens.
