The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

Provide a forum for the privileged and confidential exchange of views, opinions and experiences between senior finance and treasury officials of major corporations.

Annual General Meeting (during Annual Convention). Council of Advisers (meets annually), consisting of a maximum of 15 representatives of the Society, of which not more than 5 may be from one country and including Chairman and Vice-Chairman, both voting, and the Director General and Secretary, both ex-officio. Finance and General Purposes Committee, comprising Chairman, Honorary Director General and ad hoc members of the Council. Not a pressure group, professional institute or trade association; proceedings are private and confidential to members. Membership restricted to corporations with minimum sales of US$ 400 million per year. Banks, independent financial service companies and consultants not eligible for membership.
