2 Jul 1987, as a subsidiary of the Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA). Became operational 19 Aug 1987. Ceased to exist.

Establish a sound veterinary drug industry located in Jordan to cover partially the needs of the Arab world in respect of veterinary drugs.
