Founded by Mona Abousenna and Mourad Wahba. No activities reported since 2013.
Aims
Foster cooperation among philosophers of Africa and Asia; contribute to better knowledge, understanding and appreciation of past and present forms of philosophy in Africa and Asia within the international philosophical community; spread and disseminate the values and ideals of the Enlightenment in the Afro-Asian societies with the aim of establishing a movement of Enlightenment in those societies based on a global perspective and a futuristic view and a deep cultural dialogue with Western culture.
