Nov 2001, Bangkok (Thailand), during a seminar organized by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM).

Aims

Strengthen professional capacity to sustainably manage heritage resources by providing a regional platform for institutional cooperation in training, research, and exchange; promote integrated, holistic and multi-disciplinary management of heritage resources, including both tangible and intangible expressions of culture.
