Founded 1990. Also referred to as European Association of Building and Construction Experts.
Facilitate exchange of experience and information between professionally qualified building surveyors, technical architects and building experts responsible for technological and management processes by which buildings are constructed, renewed and repaired; represent interests to the European Commission and other European institutions; facilitate training, qualification and mutual recognition; establish practice guidelines; support and develop construction industry services in line with European Community policy; promote the profession.
