World Organization of Dredging Associations (WODA)
Incorporated, 29 Dec 1967, as a non-profit-making organization under the laws of the State of California (USA). Originally known as World Dredging Association. Reorganized in 1978 and now links 3 autonomous regional organizations: Central Dredging Association (Europe, Africa, Mid-East); Eastern Dredging Association (Far-East, Pacific, Australia); Western Dredging Association (Western Hemisphere).
By co-sponsoring the World Dredging Conference: provide members with the opportunity to compile and present technical papers; provide a forum for communication among dredging and allied industry representatives; promote the advancement of dredging technology.
