Attune the ideas of different countries with regard to their competition policy and its applications towards unfair and restrictive business practices; attempt to centralize and study the available documentation related to competition in its broadest sense; solve the problems raised by the disparity of laws in different countries or by the absence of such laws by means of concrete solutions liable to be withdrawn when an harmonisation of the legislations is reached or in the long term a world-wide uniform legislation with regard to competition is approved.
