6 Dec 1986, Caracas (Venezuela), by merger of H-XD2632 - Comisión Latinoamericana de Trabajadores de la Energia (COLATRADE), H-XD4894 - Coordinación Latinoamericana de Trabajadores Minero-Metalúrgicos (CLATRAMM) and H-XD4331 - Federación Latinoamericana de Trabajadores Graficos y del Papel (FLATGRAPA). Nov 2001, merged with H-XD3967 - Latin American Federation of Workers of the Construction Industry, Wood and Building Materials to form D-XD8685 - Federación Latinoamericana de Trabajadores de la Industria y la Construcción (FLATIC).
