Jan 1981, as a specialized structure of U-XB2780 - International Union of Students (IUS), by a decision of 13th IUS Congress. Operates as a service structure which does not establish policies, but works in the fields of scientific research, informational exchanges and the establishment of contacts with student, academic and scientific structures. No recent activity reported since 1997.
Deal specifically with problems of education, university, academic and science-related issues, as well as students' rights, interests and concerns in various walks of life on one hand, and their interrelations with the specific and general problems of the society and the world as a whole on the other.
