1988, as Transnational Radical Party (TRP) -- Parti radical transnational -- Partito Radicale Transnazionale. Also previously referred to as Transnational Transparty Radical Party and Nonviolent Radical Party.
As a Gandhian, non-violent organization, promote international political campaigns concerning: respect for human rights, particularly in non-democratic countries; promotion of democracy and freedom; anti-prohibitionist policies on drugs and against illegal trafficking in drugs; abolition of capital punishment; language rights and the use of Esperanto as the auxiliary language of international institutions; democratic reform of the United Nations.
