1 Jan 1924. Also referred to as European Freight Timetable Conference. Ceased to exist, Jan 1997, when merged with European Passenger Train Timetable Conference (CEH) to form Forum Train Europe (FTE).

Aims

Organize the international movement of trains scheduled for goods traffic, including routing of parcels in full wagons; accelerate the movement of wagons, particularly at frontier stations; facilitate exchange of experience acquired in the goods field.
