With E-XD0996 - Secretaria Permanente del Tratado General de Integración Económica Centroamericana (SIECA) and Forum of Vice-Ministers of Economy, applies and administers the General Treaty. Also referred to as Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Central American Economic Integration.
