Disseminate and expand knowledge about Frederic Chopin and in particular about his artistic output; support international artistic and scholarly endeavours related to Frederic Chopin; popularize Chopin's works in the countries of members and worldwide; create advantageous conditions for actively sharing musical culture.

General Assembly of Members (every 5 years during International Frederic Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw). Board, including Praesidium of the Board, consisting of President, 2 Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary General and Members of the Board. Audit Committee, composed of 3-5 members, of whom Chairman and Deputy Chairman are elected. Conciliation Board, consisting of 3-5 members representing different nationalities, of whom Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Secretary are elected.
