Foster the study and dissemination of knowledge of paediatric cardiovascular disease, particularly in the region of Asia-Pacific; promote cooperation through scientific exchanges among member countries and professional contacts among those interested and working in this field; encourage evidence based research activities in the field of paediatric cardiovascular disease particularly on cardiovascular problems common to the region; encourage and facilitate exchange of staff and trainees among member countries and other interested organizations worldwide.
