Unite veterans worldwide, protect their private, social and professional rights and interests and coordinate their activities; function as world security forces, a global informative network and a consultative body to international organizations and governments; take the initiative internationally for private, public, religious, ethnic, cultural and ecological security; conduct rescue operations in case of global natural or ecological disaster and religious, civil or military conflict; develop, coordinate, manage and assist in implementing international anti-crisis, stabilizing, training and other programs, particularly international programs combating organized crime, narco-business, terror, religious and sectarian fundamentalism.

Provides operative, informational, technical and other security services for humanitarian and other operations and missions carried out by UN and UN subdivision.

 • World Elite Security Trust (WEST) - international operative Subdivision - performs secures business, research and expansion of markets for business structures under the protection of WSO or having applied for assistance to WSO Regional Subdivisions; conducts administrative, juridical, information and other programmes jointly with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry worldwide.

 • World Anti-Crisis Centre (WACC) - special international Subdivision - performs specific international operations in conformity with international law and in cooperation with the services and subdivisions of countries having applied for WSO assistance, neutralizing criminal leaders provoking regional conflicts or heading international crime and terror structures.
