Create, maintain and develop among members a spirit and links of solidarity and defend the activity of members; examine in commun all the problems faced by the olive oil industry in the European Union member countries; determine and settle a common policy corresponding to the interests of the whole olive oil industry of EU member countries.
General Assembly (meets at least once a year). Executive Committee, consisting of President of the Federation, 2 representatives for each association, Executive Vice-President, assisted by the Directors and Secretaries of these associations. President, elected by the General Assembly. Vice-Presidents (5, one for each national delegation) and the Executive Vice-President nominated by General Assembly at the proposal of President.
