Jun 1996, Brussels (Belgium), by F-XF2417 - Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as the juridically and economically independent foreign branch of U-XJ8684 - Humanitarian Fund for the Development of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Moscow. Registered in accordance with Belgian law.
Aims
Broaden the exchange of legal, economic, financial, scientific and cultural information between the CIS and the European Union; assist development of the mass media in CIS countries; diffuse activities of EU and CIS institutions through the mass media.
