Founded with the initial sponsorship of U-XF3090 - Global Committee of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (GCPPD) and E-XE3382 - UNDP.
Aims
Mobilize the experience and international contacts of a group of statesmen; provide former heads of government with a forum through which they may inspire greater public understanding of, and stimulate effective policy action by their successors on, fundamental issues vital to the future of humanity.
