Inform members about the survival and development of usury and means of fighting it; study and compare different legislative, statutory and prescribed dispositions, and different activities of pawnbroking institutions, their working and the means at their disposal; facilitate mutual acquaintance between institutions and promote exchange of information and documents; draw up projects of general interest.
