Also referred to as Europäisches Sekretariat der Hersteller von Feinstblechverpackungen -- Europees Secretariaat van Fabrikanten van Licht Metaalverpakkingen -- Europaeisk Sekretariat for Blikvarefabrikanter. Ceased to exist, when replaced by H-XM3391 - European Metal Packaging (EMPAC).
Aims
Foster free exchange of scientific and technical information; observe macro-economic developments in the EC/EU, establishing contacts with the authorities and institutions and with other international organizations; participate in the preparation of legislation within the framework of EC/EU and of common standards at European and international level; promote common activities aimed at developing the use of light metal packaging.
