Set up following an initiative taken at 18th Congress of B-XB3463 - World Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (WAAVP), Aug 2001, Stresa (Italy). Inaugural meeting: 27 Sep 2003, Maison-Alfort (France). Recognition awarded by F-XF3984 - European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS), provisionally June 2003, and definitively 12 Apr 2013.

Aims

Advance veterinary parasitology; promote a high standard of training in the field; examine and certify European specialists in the field.
