27 Oct 1981, Trenton NJ (USA), by F-XF6507 - Osho International Foundation; by modification of the charter of the Chidvilas Rajneesh Meditation Center, formed in 1978. Previously the Rajneesh Foundation International, set up by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. Ceased to exist, when activities redirected into the Foundation.

Aims

Promote charitable purposes, to be achieved through the distribution of its funds, worldwide, particularly for the spreading of religious teachings and messages of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh through Neo-Sannyas, a nonsectarian practice of surrendering the ego to a spiritual Master for the achievement of spiritual growth, which includes states of mind and spirit, enabling the enjoyment of life in its fullest dimensions and the achievement of a state of universal religiousness which is the essence and source of all religions by reviving and re-experimenting with the lost, hidden and esoteric techniques of meditation which have existed in all the basic religions.

Annual Meeting. Board of Trustees of 3 to 5 members. Centred at K-XK0426 - Osho Commune International (OSHO). Includes K-XK0657 - Osho International - Centre for Consciousness in Organizations (CCO).
