Inaugurated 25 Oct 1983. In part fulfils the functions of the U-XJ7166 - International Service Centre for and about Nongovernmental Organizations, which was proposed in 1949 but which never came into existence. Registered in accordance with Belgian law.
Provide facilities to welcome and accommodate non-profit associations and NGOs in Brussels.
