1979, as Asian Youth Anti-Communist League (AYACL), under the U-XE4038 - World Youth League for Freedom and Democracy (WYLFD), an International Organization Member Unit (and the international youth organization) of F-XF3454 - World League for Freedom and Democracy (WLFD). Name changed, Nov 1986, to Asian Pacific Youth Freedom League (APYFL). Present name adopted 1994. No recent activity reported since 1996.
