History
20 Nov 1956, on signature by 23 European countries of an international Convention, 20 Oct 1955, Basel (Switzerland). Under Basic Agreement of 30 Sep 1955, between the railways of the 23 countries parties to the Convention, the company would exist for 50 years from that date; extended, 15 Jun 1984, for a further 50 years (until 2056). Statutes adopted 20 Nov 1956; most recent statutes adopted 26 Mar 2010. Registered in accordance with Swiss Civil Code and pursuant to the Convention.
