Under Basic Agreement of 30 Sep 1955, between the railways of the 23 countries parties to the Convention, the company would exist for 50 years from that date; extended, 15 Jun 1984, for a further 50 years (until 2056). Statutes adopted 20 Nov 1956; most recent statutes adopted 26 Mar 2010. Registered in accordance with Swiss Civil Code and pursuant to the Convention.
