Pohang City is a well-known steel city that has played a significant role in the modernization of the Republic of Korea. In recent years, Pohang has been striving to create a conducive ecosystem for businesses and to prioritize technological innovation among SMEs. Pohang is in the process of establishing the "Pohang International Exhibition & Convention Center(POEX)", which targets opening in 2027. Our goal is to attract and host various meetings and exhibitions, aiming to establish Pohang as a global MICE hub in the East Sea Rim cities.
