Greta Kotler, CAE

Greta Kotler is Senior Vice President for Global Development at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership. In this new role, she has the opportunity to focus on the association community worldwide. Her role is to build ways to exchange knowledge and practice among association executives, help to engage association executives in different areas of the world, and work to build the association community globally.

She previously held the position of Chief Knowledge Officer with overall responsibility for a team leading research, publications, social media, innovation, and international outreach.

Prior to joining ASAE eleven years ago, she held several senior-level positions, including responsibility for membership, at the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and served as Interim President and CEO in 1999.

Steve Tunstall

Steve Tunstall is a business risk management expert with almost thirty years experience in both running companies and helping them change. He has been the Head of Risk and Insurance for Genting Singapore and Cathay Pacific Airways and held the post of Managing Director or equivalent in five companies in four countries. With experience in twenty countries in Asia as well as the EU, Africa and USA Steve brings a broad based, practical approach to the management of both risk and opportunities. He currently runs a boutique consultancy firm based in Singapore and is the General Secretary of the Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association.

Henry Ta-Heng Huang

Former Global Secretary of
General Secretary, IVSA- International Veterinary Students' Association

Henry has been actively involved in IVSA since 2012 and is currently the Exchange Officer for IVSA Taiwan. For the 2013-2014 term he was part of the IVSA Global Exco Team, as Secretary to the Member Organizations Director. He was responsible for internal communication and for communication with local member organizations at 88 universities in over 50 countries.

The main projects he worked on during this term were developing a database of global veterinary internship opportunities, motivating and recruiting the local chapters via social media and a monthly newsletter, and managing the international individual and group exchanges between member organizations. Together with the IVSA members around the world, Henry worked to realize projects for World Rabies Day, World Veterinary Day and One Health.

Henry is a junior student of veterinary medicine, now in his clinical year at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. He enjoys visiting friends and animals throughout the world, football, and oil painting. He lives in Pingtung,Taiwan, with his beagle Kobe.

Dr Moon Hee HAN

Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute

Moon Hee Han studies environmental impact assessment of radioactive effluents and has been working in this field at Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute since 1985. He has experiences in project managing; development of atmospheric dispersion and radiological dose assessment system, emergency preparedness system. At present, he is managing a project for making a radiation environmental report for Jordan Research and Training Reactor.

Jack Sim

Founder and Director of the World Toilet Association

Widely known as Mr. Toilet, Jack broke the global taboo of toilet and sanitation by bringing the agenda to global media centre-stage with his unique mix of humour and serious facts since 2001.

Born in poverty in 1957, Jack had first hand experience of growing from the 3rd world to 1st world journey of Singapore through the market economy instead of relying on charity. He started business at age 24 founding 16 businesses ranging from building materials trading, manufacturing, franchising, real estate developments and the Australian International School in Singapore. After attaining financial independence at age of 40 as a businessman, he decided to quit the rat-race to devote the rest of his life to social work:

• 1998, founded the Restroom Association of Singapore (RAS).
• 2001, founded World Toilet Organization (WTO) as a global network and service platform for toilet associations to promote sound sanitation and public health policies.
• Created the World Toilet Summit series which has been hosted in Singapore 2001, Seoul 2002, Taipei 2002, Beijing 2004, Belfast 2005, Moscow2006, New Delhi2007, Macau 2008, Singapore 2009, Philadelphia2010, Hainan 2011, and in Durban 2012 and Solo, Indonesia 2013.
• Also World Toilet Forums Shanghai 2005 and Bangkok 2006.
• WTO declared its founding day 19 November in 2001 as World Toilet day.
• 2004, awarded the inaugural Singapore Green Plan Award by Singapore's National Environment Agency for contribution to Environment.
• 2005, founded the World Toilet College
• 2005, successfully lobbied and changed the Singapore’s Building Codes to have more cubicles in ladies restrooms. US Congress passed a similar law in 2010.
• 2006, won the Social Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by Schwab Foundation of Switzerland and became a Schwab Fellow of the World Economic Forum.
• 2007, became a key members to convene the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance comprising of key players for sanitation.
• 2007, first Singaporean elected to be an Ashoka Global Fellow.
• 2008, Asian Development Bank names him an ADB Water Champion.
• 2008, appointed to the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council for Water Security and the GAC for Social Entrepreneurship.
• Time Magazine named him Hero of the Environment in 2008.
• Channel News Asia named him Asian of the Year 2009.
• 2009, created SaniShop micro-franchise for economic empowerment of rural folks.
• 2011, named an Asian of the Year by Reader’s Digest Magazine.
• 2011, founded BOP HUB in Singapore as BOP Global Trade Center. Made commitment at the Clinton Global Initiatives in 2011.
• 2011, WTO audience reached 1.5 Billion people.
• In 2012, joins the Toilet Board at Unilever.
• 2012, his film “Meet Mr Toilet” premiered at Sundance Film Festival.
• 2012 WTO audience reached 3.3 billions.
• 2013, Meet Mr Toilet screens at Cannes Lions Festival.
• 2013, appointed Adjunct Professor at College of Management Academic Study, teaching Social Entrepreneurship.
• 2013, Elected Synergos Senior Fellow.
• 2013, Graduated with Master in Public Adminitsration at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
• 2013, Singapore Government successfully helped WTO by tabling the UN General Assembly to adopt 19 November as Official UN World Toilet Day. The Resolution was sponsored by 122 countries.
• 2013, Wrote Original Story Concept for Jack Neo’s Movie “Everybody’s Business”, a full-length comedy film which launched on 28 Nov.
• 2014, appointed Adjunct Professor at Taylors University Malaysia.
• 2014, Bestowed the Honorary High Chieftain Ma’tai Title of “Tuifalevao” by Samoa’s Honorable Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Mailielegaoi on 23 Jan at the village of Falevao, Samoa.
