History
Functions as the implementing agency for accreditation under the F-XF9578 - Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC). Programme adopted for quality of technical education, 2003, when CPSC Governing Board approved CPSC Corporate Plan (2003-2008). International Conference on Accreditation and Certification convened, Dec 2004, Seoul (Korea Rep), to explore possibility of a regional body. Subseqent Workshop on “Regional Accreditation Modeling and Accrediting the Accreditors”, Aug 2005, fortified APACC accreditation criteria and instruments.

Provide international accreditation and certification services towards quality management system of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions.
