History
Formation and Cooperation Agreement was signed by Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology of Estonia Urve Palo and Finnish Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Kai Mykkänen in Helsinki, 7 Mar 2017 during the state visit of the President of Estonia.
The parties to the agreement were the Ministry of Finance of Finland and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia.
Memorandum of Association signed 14 June 2017.
Iceland became 3rd member government, 1 June 2021.
