History
Founded to work towards a harmonized European patent litigation system. Registered in accordance with Belgian law.
Aims
Promote the equitable and efficacious handling of patent disputes across Europe; assist in the development of proposals for a new pan-European patent court system, involving members in preparation of draft Rules of Procedure for the Unified Patents Court (UPC); strengthen the links between lawyers having relevant litigious experience in patent law in Europe.
