Aims

In a Catholic but ecumenical framework, bring together Christians, whether married couples, families or single people, who choose to live and work towards the second coming in accordance with the Evangelist. Encourage a practical means of development and transformation in the light of Christian revelation, each member being invited to integrate progressively the following priorities: relationship with God; spiritual and human development; Christian fellowship; individual and collective evangelization; and to accept an individual vocation to participate in the renewal of the Church and of the world.

Comprises a number of communities: Communauté chrétienne des adolescents (CCA) (15-18 year-olds); Communauté chrétienne de formation (CCF) (young adults); Nouvelles communautés chrétiennes (NCC) (training individuals working in local communities); Chrétiens pour la Cité Nouvelle (CCN) (those with responsible positions in society working to promote renewal in Christ); Communauté chrétienne des aînés (AINES) (those who, having retired from professional activity, wish to follow Christ in this stage of their lives).
