11 Jan 1911, Benares (India), by Annie Besant and others. Used by Jiddu Krishnamurti. Also referred to as Order of the Star of the Orient -- Ordre de l'étoile d'Orient and as Worldwide Order of the Star. Disbanded 1929. Reformed 1982, as H-XH0058 - Modern Order of the Star, which closed down 1990, when U-XF0143 - Twelves Group was formed.
